Insight has an incredible culture with awesome people and a leadership team that truly cares. I’ve been working for Insight Canada for over 10yrs and cannot express how grateful I am for all the learning opportunities. This dynamic organization keeps growing and striving to be the best in all of its functions. The Canadian head office is actually located in Montreal … and it is aesthetically very nice, modern and bright (all glass windows for natural light). It is a fast paced exciting workplace – and yes at times demanding, given the nature of the business - sales organization meets IT industry. Insight prioritizes physical wellness for our teammates and focuses extensively on giving back to the community. I could not be prouder of all the initiatives & programs that are run by our very own teammates. More recently, Insight promoted an awesome 21 day step challenge -over 150 teammates participated! We also now have Lufa Farms that delivers onsite fresh local foods – which is an awesome benefit. Insight, as well, invests in my RRSPs…with a generous match program. Above & beyond, I feel appreciated here as a professional and a person.
Cons
Given that Insight is an IT sales organization - if you do not have an interest in technology or in building strong relationships over the phone with clients (who need guidance on the latest greatest) ... it will be hard to be successful & content here.
