a reasonable amount of PTO

Cons

just about everything. management was petty and would make false promises constantly while leading you on to get more and more out of you. then to no-ones surprise close the facility with no transparency. not to mention the company would openly lie during town halls with information being shown that would then be contradicted minutes later. ill never forget when the head of HR for our building called everyone ungrateful for being unhappy with the pizza party they gave us for closing down our building.

Thank you for the 5 star review. The pay rates are very competitive and comparable to what other companies offer so thank you for mentioning this. The vacation policy is also robust where teammates are given 3 weeks of vacation a well as floating holidays and Hunger, Heart, and Harmony days. Thanks for the review.
