Great place to work

Pros

I have been here almost 12 years now working in Managed Services. I have had the opportunity to grow my experience and my position. I work with a great team and my manager(s) really care. The slogan of Heart, Hunger, and Harmony really shows with regular recognition for a job well done. Insight is recognized as one of the best places to work. This is probably the best job I have had. I would recommend this company to my friends and kids.

Cons

The company continues to grow through acquisition and is much larger than it was when I started. This means that sometimes the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, but they are trying. It's a big job.

Pros

Company has strong ethical foundation and works to help their clients succeed instead of working to take all their cash. HR really works to take care of employees. Leaders are given the training and tools to succeed for their teammates.

Cons

Facilities are not great. Benefits are super average (not good). Insight seems to buy a large competitor every few years causing lots of reorganizations.
