      Pros

      Some teammates are amazing and fun, and quite hardworking people. Used to be a good company to work for, but sadly, it has gone downhill badly in the last several years.

      Cons

      Pay is not great. Executive leadership, as well as business unit leadership, are allegedly incompetent and no one new took the time to understand Insight’s historical strengths before trying to change everything to be services. New leaders are mainly from CapGemini, and they are uniformly bad in my opinion. Arrogant but without the sales numbers to support that arrogance. Payscale also is not great.

      Pros

      Good employer, management listens to employees and feedback and the work is pretty flexible (working from home allowed up to a certain amount of days per week).

      Cons

      Salary is not that competitive and the possibilities for professional growth are limited.

      Pros

      There is not much positive to say.

      Cons

      Low pay, terrible benefits, management always changing what the focus is. The company claims to uphold its core values, but their actions tell a different story. Long-time employees are being sacrificed purely to boost the stock price, which is both disappointing and unacceptable. It's distressing to see hardworking employees pay the price for the executives' poor management.
