Always some team members who will help with advice and/or even stop by at a customer when there is a tricky situation. The pay is decent, even tho it can be stressful at times.

Cons

Management does not care about peoples personal situations. They claim to "do the right thing" yet throw the field worker under the bus as soon as any decision does not work in the company's favor.
