Extremely poor experience working at Insight Pest Solutions. Management forces employees to work at least two weekend days per month during the summer, with absolutely no flexibility or choice. Work-life balance is basically nonexistent. Schedules are overloaded with no proper time allocated for lunch, meaning technicians are expected to work nonstop all day. This kind of planning shows a clear lack of respect for employees’ time and well-being. Overall, disorganized operations, unreasonable expectations, and poor management make this a very frustrating place to work.

-poor practices/off label applications. -unstable scheduling. -terrible upper management. -terrible workplace culture. -staff are disposable. -do not work here (Southern alberta) if you're a woman.
