Pros

Plenty of opportunities for advancement within the company for those who work with good attitudes and work ethic. Management team is easy to get along with and even better to work with.

Cons

There's a couple really weir panthers fans in the office.

Pros

Insight has a very friendly and welcoming environment. There is plenty of room for advancement if you are a hard worker. Pay is competitive and bonuses are not hard to achieve. If you are hardworking and stay away from drama, you will have a secure place to work. I consider most of the people I work with very close friends instead of just co-workers. In addition to this, the owner is one of the kindest and most humble people you could ever hope to meet, and I am proud to call him a friend.

Cons

We have people that work here that are not Carolina Panther fans. I am slowly trying to convert them, but some people just don't have sense.

-Traffic around the local office -5 miles to the nearest Chick-fil-A
