Company doesn't follow their own values. Management enables and protects workplace bullies. There is a culture of complacency, silence in the face of wrongdoing, nepotism, favoritism, chaotic work environment, customer service is not valued, profits are valued over people. Management does not invest in a comfortable work environment. Management doesn't care about mental well-being of employees.
