      Pros

      I have been here for a few years now, and I can say that I have never had a conflict with anyone here. Everyone at this office is great to work with and leadership actually cares about you. They're not a burnout shop only chasing $$$. People matter.

      Cons

      Opportunities for advancement taper off once you hit Program Manager, unless you want to pivot your career to a middle management role.

      Forward thinking, young at heart company

      Pros

      One of the most family-oriented companies I’ve worked for. Every attempt is made to balance work and personal life. They are also very modern in their policies and keep up with younger, forward thinking mentalities.

      Cons

      The rate of growth and sales has meant things can be slightly chaotic from time to time.

      Insight is a great company to work for. They really care about their people which is difficult for a larger company to do.

      Cons

      Like any company when the work goes away so does the job.
