No idea how resource management works

Pros

Big company with plenty of money for training so you can get to where you want to be in the long term if you choose to stay.

Cons

They clearly have a resource issue in service delivery/implementation, over worked and paid the bare minimum, expect to work 60hr weeks depending on the project.
