      Pros

      I was fortunate to have a great leaders during my tenure at Insight that were flexible and trusting. After about 2 years of employment I was able to work remote full time and only came in when needed.

      Cons

      Towards the end of my tenure they re-established a back to the office policy where we needed to come 3x a week. While my leader was still flexible with the hours it was a standard that needed to be met across all areas of the company.

      Cons

      Change is a constant and provides opportunity for growth, but if evolving and transforming is not something you enjoy it may not be a fit for you.
