      Its expanding so there will be more jobs

      Cons

      Very cheap. Health insurance was downgraded to barely there, 401k match downgraded, and our annual free company sweatshirt is now downgraded to a tee shirt you have to pay for

      Pros

      Lots of Free Training and company is willing to pay for training travel expense. Training is @ manufacturer's cost.

      Cons

      Uncertainty - not sure what will happened to me after a year even after 6 months. They aren't the best as far as base salary/compensation compared to the other VARs

      Pros

      I was stationed at a client site in the Tampa FL area 5 days a week. My boss who was not a technical guy what so ever never came around

      Cons

      There was no room for advancement and everything that upper management ever promised me such as raises and paying for certifications never happened. My job as a systems engineer was sort of a dead end job.
