Pros

If you like EDM music, it's your dream job.

Cons

It's just like the Wizard of Oz: an illusion behind the curtain. Major female executives are run out of the company, the men in charge have no idea how to manage or lead. I've seen a Dept Head scream at people but if he was a better leader he would have nothing to scream about. There is no HR, no structure, it's a wonder anything gets done in time. Apparently, anybody can have a Manager title. Definite cliques and if you aren't in, bye bye! Massive layoffs & no loyalty for people that bust their behinds.

Pros

-Free concert tickets/guest list -pet friendly office -lots of variety in work -helping put together cool festivals -good benefits

Cons

-pay isn't competitive -hours are long and demanding -sexual harassment is normalized, boys' club at the top -negative/disrespectful company culture, yelling is pretty normal and there is no real HR structure to deal with or change it

Pros

Free shows. None other than that

Cons

Thought working with Insomniac was my dream job lol. Been working with them since before any of these “new and improved” departments. So clicky. If you’re not cool, forget it. HR is a joke. Never paid the right amount or on time. Literally takes over a month to get paid. Management swears you’ll move up and have opportunity. Never happens. And if it does, you’re over worked. Management puts their jobs on you. Don’t get paid enough to do that
