Great variety of work, lots of responsibility handed to interns, fun workplace if you enjoy music festivals and events

Small legal team, with tons of work to be spread across only a few people. Not much room for growth within the company

- awesome environment, 80% of employees are young, cool, and love music - free VIP guest list to any shows (unless they are sold out, so probably not EDC) - if you love music/edm, don't mind occasionally working a lot, want to have a career in the music industry, and don't mind a slightly lower than average pay, then it is your dream job - if you make music, you will have so many opportunities to network you'll be overwhelmed so take advantage

- A bit unorganized - if you're on a team that has to attend the shows (stage management, production, some finance, etc.) it sounds cool at first, but you are traveling many weekends and you essentially are on-call for the entirety of the festival. cool at first but gets tiring - just because it's a party environment doesn't mean you can party on the job. maintain a professional disposition when you attend the festivals/shows for work and you'll be fine
