Pros

They practice what they preach and their company culture is top notch. They truly take care of their people and their clients.

Cons

They don't increase base salaries as the cost of living increases year over year. No 401k match for the sales team. Monthly expenses for car allowance, gas, maintenance, networking events, taking clients out for meals is too low especially in higher market areas like LA, SF, and NY.

High Base salary, generous commission & incentives Great deliverable that really does make a difference for some businesses Unique model that is high quality, high value A lot of internal colleagues who are willing to help

Cons

Toxic masculinity and bully culture Hypocritical internal practices as sales people have a difficult time taking vacations since there is a lot of pressure to keep selling. High turnover on sales team even though company values retention. Upper managers are not paying attention to bad management practices. Pre-80s management style of pressure and metrics rather than grooming and supporting individuals Old white boys network is still alive Lack of diversity
