Pros
Some of the best people I've worked with day-to-day. Heart is in the right place trying to help each other and clients. Most clients are great.
Cons
As an HR company, they are complacent and passive about bad managers, the fall out of good employees who can't/won't work for bad managers is very high. Additionally Insperity's salary bands make hiring good talent in high salaried areas very difficult.
