Pros
This is a great company to sell for if you have the ability to make it through the first couple years. You need immediate results for what is otherwise a long sales cycle. Average tenure is about 3 years as the grind can wear you out. Lots of hurdles to convincing a business owner to come on board at a premium cost structure. If you can get a good start and constantly build a book of business the compensation can be terrific.
Cons
Churn and Burn the sales force. For a company that preaches and sells employee performance they are constantly looking for sales people.
