      hybrid schedule. benefits are ok, PTO is pretty good.

      Cons

      Toxic. Directors and higher ups do not want your input even when an entire team advises it's not a good thing. Directors will single you out, just because you question a decision, no matter how professional you are. When my peers started leaving and when I left, i truely never realized how toxic it was and how some directors and managing directors bully employees.

      Pros

      Insperity fully believes in the servant-leadership mantra. My work is valued and appreciated, and management at all levels is ready and willing to interact and listen. The work-life balance is extremely important to this company, and the work is stress-free.

      Cons

      Technology employed could be a little more up to date, but they're working on it.
