Pros

Earning opportunity. Growth opportunity. Learning opportunity. List goes on...

Cons

None that I can think of. If you don't like to work hard, or put in your all, maybe you aren't a fit.

Pros

1. Support from management to put family first when situations arise at home that need your attention. 2. Benefits- incredible benefits package. More benefits than I can list. 3. Pay- salary, large company contribution towards benefits, bonuses, residuals, commissions. Very great paying job if you put in the work and succeed at hitting your quota.

Cons

Very hard job. I see many people accept the job that find out months into the job than they weren’t cut out for the cold calling and perseverance it takes to make it in this role. The hardest part of this job for many people is the prospecting aspect of the job. If you can do this then Insperity will provide all of the necessary resources to continue to be successful.

Like hard sell of Amway

Pros

Base is okay, nothing special. Boss occasionally buys lunch.

Cons

Total cult-like atmosphere, super rah rah rah and if dare say one negative thing, you’re called “not a team player.” 100% micromanaging leadership, with daily reports and an email to your District manager at the end of the day outlining your results for the day. They expect a brand new sales rep to sell as much as a long-term tenured reps. Way more expensive than other comparable products (not a trade secret, everyone knows this.) like Amway other other MLM, they want you to use all of your own contacts and connections and sell them this product. Once those leads run dry, the cold calling is never ending because no one wants this product. It’s a dog. You get 3-4 months to perform, or you’re encouraged to resign. They don’t fire people due to liability, but they’ll torture you until you quit.
