      Great company culture, great benefits, great management team. All around just an amazing company that values it's employees and clients

      Benefits are great, flexibility, pto is generous.

      Cons

      Preaches take care of your people yet maternity leave is nonexistent—get with the times. They under pay their people. So much disconnect between leadership and the people that are on the ground. High level Leadership does not invest time into issues happening below them and promote people based on the good ol boy system causing more disconnect.

      Pros

      I came to work here because they have unbelievable development programs. I thought I'd work here for a couple of years, learn a lot and then move on. But I've been here 15 years now and they've not stopped investing in me.

      Cons

      My job as a BPA seems easy but it was a real struggle for the first few years. If you think you can come here and coast, you'll be mistaken.
