Pros

If you are in sales you make your own schedule. They also have a really good training program when you first join.

Cons

They promote previous sales individuals that have no manager experience at all. I had a manager that was telling me how to get to P-club and the whole 5 years that he was a sales person never went himself.

The benefits and work culture are good.

Cons

A hodgepodge of small businesses that were purchased to serve some specific goal and do not work together. Frequent issues brought up by clients are never addressed, making it hard to be confident about products.

Pros

Insperity says that culture is everything, and let me tell you, they practice what they preach. The company culture is unlike anything I’ve ever seen; they truly treat their employees the right way. I don’t think I’ve ever been at a company where there are more people who have been working there for 10+ years. I’ve been here for 4 months and I truly feel like I’m part of a family. I’ve never felt that way at any other company. The way they treat their staff reflects in the quality of their services and products. It’s the best in the industry, and the numbers show it. For the first time ever in my career, I truly feel like I’m helping others by doing what I do.

Cons

It is not an easy job. At all. It’s not uncommon for new reps to go 6+ months before making their first sale. That being said, the challenge is a big reason why I took the job in the first place. Once you start gaining traction, it is very rewarding…unless you’re completely incompetent, management will always have your back. Internal databases are outdated and finicky, but that is currently in the process of being overhauled and replaced (thank you for listening!!)
