      Pros

      Working at Insperity is rewarding and offers room for advancement. I appreciate the culture and the work/life balance that Insperity provides. Coworkers and supervisors are helpful and amazing to work with. Community involvement and volunteerism is amazing and encouraged.

      Cons

      Workload increased during COVID, but headcount was not increased. Caused burnout.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Training is superior compared to other large corporations. The company invests a lot of time and money in their people in developing them. There's great collaboration between sales and service. The service team supports the sales process in many ways.

      Cons

      The company is slow moving with changes.

      Pros

      Excellent training and career development and a very collaborative environment. Product is amazing and really makes a difference in the lives of its clients

      Cons

      Like all sales positions, there is a culture to drive their people hard. Takes about 18 months to build a book. Its a value sale that requires time to build relationships but expectations are for a shorter sale cycle
