      Pros

      Insperity genuinely cares more about their workers than making a profit. They do everything imaginable to keep you happy. It’s almost impossible to get let go.

      Cons

      There are so many departments that do not communicate between each other. You can work there for years and not know what all goes into the brand.

      This department was cliquey but I heard it’s good to work in the other departments. This one has a reputation and I should’ve listened.
