Pros

Amazing opportunity for growth. Incredible potential revenue over time, with consistent effort. Consultative sales role, so there is parity with the C-suite executives you consult with. The people who stick around long term are wildly successful, and there is a promotion track from this role, if it is something that interests you.

Cons

This is a production role, as well as advisory. There are quotas to maintain, and activity is tracked closely. This role has a lot of people stay for a year or two and then go somewhere else.

Engagement, company paid resources, good benefits, job security

Cons

Not much development training, just hit the ground running and hit your numbers, very difficult sale and long sales process with lots of hoops to jump through internally
