      Great team culture with exceptional professionals at every level! Management allows you to grow both professionally and personally while expecting your best. Continuous training and always looking to do things better - your input is always welcome and valuable. Excellent reputation in the market and proud to be part of such an exceptional organization!

      Cons

      It's a challenge learning all the various and ever-changing products - but that is also what makes it fun! Understanding how to position the products in the market takes a long time - well into a year before you truly feel comfortable and even then it's tough.

      High Turnover, Poor Culture, Under Qualified Managers, No work life balance, and hectic work schedule, Not very knowledgeable - "fake-it-to-make-it" to get to that level.

      Pros

      Some of the best people I've worked with day-to-day. Heart is in the right place trying to help each other and clients. Most clients are great.

      Cons

      As an HR company, they are complacent and passive about bad managers, the fall out of good employees who can't/won't work for bad managers is very high. Additionally Insperity's salary bands make hiring good talent in high salaried areas very difficult.
