      Pros

      Insperity truly cares about its employees and clients. The benefits package is great and the time-off policy is amazing. The company cares about "work - life balance" and wants to ensure our employees and their families are feel valued and cared for.

      Cons

      The only major con is the resistance to change. There a many long term employees (20+ years) with legacy ideas that cause change to be painful and slow.

      Head and shoulders above the rest. Strong company values. CEO has great vision.

      Unrealistic admin fees keeps many good prospects from coming to Insperity.

      Pros

      Good place for someone just getting into the industry to learn about PEOs and understand the needs of small and midsize employers. High caliber associates. Excellent access to training modules. Excellent service teams. Company is well-respected in the industry

      Cons

      Inability to unbundle services for companies with less than 75-employees. Although this has changed, when I was there, the sales territory was limited to a few ZIP Codes. Most of the bonus payout came from initial enrollment fees rather than a consistent level income stream. Fees were difficult to communicate and non-transparent.
