      Pros

      Lives the values. Leadership in this company respects, values, and recognizes that we all play roles in our families and communities and that makes us stronger. You can bring your whole self to work Humility is valued, politics is not Adaptable, we learned a lot in the pandemic and shifted gears to respond in a really beautiful way

      Cons

      While the growth we are having is great, it is not without some pains. There are periods where your workload will increase while we wait to bring on that new employee or shift this group there and what-not. But leadership doesn't shy away from the problems that growth creates so it's not really a big con in my book

      They take care of their people in many ways, and truly care Benefits No layoffs when everyone else is laying off Company culture is fun Emphasis on helping others and paid time off to volunteer
