      great benefits, management continues to find new incentives and ways of motivating employees. keeps you highly motivated and appreciated as an employee. also selling the best solutions the industry can offer that tangibly helps small businesses, so no need to worry about the ethics of what you're selling

      Cons

      if you don't have a strong network, it will take a long time to build one and see some meaningful success. requires tremendous patience and utilizing mentors and internal advocates to get through the sales difficulty
