      Pros

      Insperity is a great balance between work and home life. They are family focused and allow you to create that harmonious balance that many companies overlook. Vacation is amazing, benefits are amazing, people are friendly, fun, and intelligent. The culture is more of a small local business than a large corporate entity.

      Cons

      Pay is often below market value, but benefits can outweigh. Raises are barely enough to cover inflation, and if you have been there for a while, they don't add up to what you should be making for your skill set.

      Great benefits. If you can get in at the corp office in Kingwood the culture is awesome.

      Cons

      Employment screening is a difficult product to sell. Management has great ideas, but they lack any real follow through. They spend too much time talking to one another as well as other employees rather than actually working.

      Work Life Balance is the only PRO

      You need a work life balance to decompress from the recruiting dept. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! NO benefits, salary or extra PTO is worth losing the value in yourself! This dept. is absolutely disgusting!!! Change today, change tomorrow, nothing stays the same. You have NO voice and you are merely just a puppet! This job is a JOKE!
