Pros

This is a great company to start with when you have time to build your business. They pay residuals so it takes a while to hit higher incomes but it is definitely possible. They have made recent changes to ramp this better.

Cons

Takes a while to build up income. I don't have a lot of negatives, just wasn't for me with my situation. They are the most expensive PEO on fees but have a good service model. But, like with all companies, they are struggling with keeping good HR talent and this has affected service
