Insperity reviews

There is so much wasted talent in this company. I was told several times as a new employee that my opinion or my ideas are not wanted or valued. Unless you are one of the few people who are "connected" within the organization, you are treated like you are stupid I have never been treated so poorly in a a more passive aggressive way. They claim that it is important to be good to your employees. This is a company that has lost touch with its people So much waste...so much bureaucracy.
