Pros

Flexible work arrangements, transparent leadership at all levels, and clear paths for career progression. (Note: My experience is specific to my division — leadership here is exceptional, and this is where I intend to build my long-term career.)

Cons

Interdepartmental politics can make it difficult to get work done, particularly due to heavy reliance on other groups with inconsistent accountability — this is most noticeable with HR Specialists, MM Payroll, and Account Executives. Pay transparency is also a gap; employees have little to no visibility into their total compensation, pay grade positioning, or band structure. Additionally, the open floor plan is a poor fit for teams that frequently take calls, creating unnecessary disruption;More broadly, there is a tendency to wait for problems to escalate rather than treating early feedback as an actionable signal
