The company offers a strong, supportive culture with excellent sales training and development. The long-term compensation structure is competitive, providing commissions and ongoing residuals. Health benefits are solid and reflect the company’s commitment to employee well-being. It's a great opportunity for early-tenure sales reps to build foundational prospecting skills and gain exposure to a structured sales process.

Cons

The base salary for this roles is relatively low and should be increased to better reflect market standards. Should offer the same 401(k) match as corporate employees. While there is a solid bonus structure for new hires, it can be challenging to attain without prior industry experience or a strong referral network.
