Pros

Great work culture, great people, genuine care and concern for clients and service is top notch. Great place to grow and develop and learn as there are resources aplenty.

Cons

Pay is on the low side compared to like positions and company size. Unfair pay ranges when promoting when we preach to clients about “paying for the role you are doing” when the max cap you will receive is a 10% increase upon promotion, even if it’s 2 levels/salary ranges higher. Benefits are average. Full 401K match up to 6% is great but doesn’t make up for the gap in pay.

Pros

Good name recognition in industry. Services and support top-notch for clients

Cons

Huge annual turn-over in sales. Lack of sales support so many new reps end up splitting deals with the dinosaurs in the office so even if you find a deal you end up having to split cause of lack of a dedicated sales SE. Not good.

Pros

I came to work here because they have unbelievable development programs. I thought I'd work here for a couple of years, learn a lot and then move on. But I've been here 15 years now and they've not stopped investing in me.

Cons

My job as a BPA seems easy but it was a real struggle for the first few years. If you think you can come here and coast, you'll be mistaken.
