      Great support and culture

      Pros

      Everything is first class. They buy you food/lunch all the time. You get spend cards and reimbursed for events and memberships. Culture is very supportive and creative.

      Cons

      Metrics and pressure from shareholders and public company has increased and becomes stressful. Also, a very challenging sale as most businesses don't even know what a PEO is, plus the cost is expensive so it's almost like 3 sales in one.

      Pros

      New leveling for service team with extra earning potential. Good PTO plan

      Cons

      Hard to move positions unless you know someone. Seems like a person is already chosen for a role and it is only posted for requirements by the company

      Great benefits and work from home flexibility for your schedule.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, they are filled with awful middle management who micromanages as much as possible.
