Pros

The benefits they offer are good.

Cons

The organization does not appear to prioritize work–life balance. Instances of favoritism are evident across multiple departments. Management and supervisors tend to engage in micromanagement, and there is a noticeable lack of emphasis on accountability or appropriate consequences when employees are at fault. The organization’s salary structure and annual raise percentages are not competitive with current market standards, which may impact employee retention and recruitment

Pros

training - insperity invests heavily in their development of the business performance advisors. they hit certain prospecting metrics and goals to qualify for discovery training at hq in texas. then hit metrics to qualify for analysis training in texas. these are paired with self paced online courses.

Cons

insperity stock has tanked 40% over the last year. leadership refuses to pivot in areas that impact the decision making of their clients. Insperity's inability to compete in the highest earning markets are partially a product of leaning heavily on United healthcare contract and micromanagement of sales teams to increase daily marketing touches.
