      Good benefits, above average sales support and marketing tools

      Cons

      An absolutely terrible environment and corporate culture. Nobody can be trusted. Those who do trust get craspped on in the end. Senior management does not like questions and runs off any sales reps who ask them. All the best field managers get pushed out too in favor of senior management's "boys" like the guy running Atlanta from Boston! Glad I'm gone.

      Pros

      Good benefits, decent pay, work/life balance, mostly laid back atmosphere although some departments can be uptight. Lots of work activities outside of just doing your job.

      Cons

      It is pitched as a great culture, but the leaders are incompetent. They are a living testament to The Peter Principle. The general feeling within the company is discontent and distrust. Decisions are top-down, with no input from the employees. If you like a patronizing, half-hearted work ethic which measures your busy-ness rather than your effectiveness, this is the place for you.

      Flexible Work Arrangements Friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Poor development of new leaders; Leaders in position without HR or Mgmt experience Managers promoted based on favoritism and dire need instead of merit Workload is extremely high for the low pay Departments are siloed and create additional work for client facing employees which leads to inefficient processes and makes work-life balance a challenge Advancement is limited based on where you live
