Pros
Insperity's services help businesses succeed and grow which helps communities and the people that live in them. Working for a company that knows there is something bigger than themselves is inspiring. Senior leadership team of amazing individuals that are present and inspire trust. The work culture is very people focused. The growth opportunities and total benefits package is why we have so many tenured employees. I feel like I am part of a community, and one that has a sense of pride in all that we do and represent.
Cons
Since a required field, the only thing I can come up with as somewhat of a con is that growth creates challenges for any organization. Insperity is not exempt to those challenges.
