      Company is family oriented, they love their team, the leadership is great.

      Cons

      having to make sure clients are satisfied but there are so many people who are also involved in the account, and you dont always have control when there are issues in other departments but then can ultimately affect the customers ratings

      great culture and excellent service to our clients with expert HR across the country

      Cons

      sales is turning too corporate and numbers driven. this would make sense for transactional sales, but this is a very strategic and consultative sale that takes 3-6 months on average to close.
