Excellent, genuine culture of care for employees. Great time off, awesome work/life balance and an overall good place for working parents.

Cons

Maternity/family leave needs to be modernized to include a longer paid time off period to keep up with other companies.

The benefits are fantastic and hard to beat. The pay is fair, not the best but not the worst. Pretty good job security.

Cons

Such a dinosaur of a company with outdated policies and procedures. Leadership is a bunch of old men making decisions from the top-down.
