      Pros

      Great work culture, great people, genuine care and concern for clients and service is top notch. Great place to grow and develop and learn as there are resources aplenty.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side compared to like positions and company size. Unfair pay ranges when promoting when we preach to clients about “paying for the role you are doing” when the max cap you will receive is a 10% increase upon promotion, even if it’s 2 levels/salary ranges higher. Benefits are average. Full 401K match up to 6% is great but doesn’t make up for the gap in pay.

      I think that Insperity has a great culture and I really like how Insperity treats their employees.

      Cons

      From a tech standpoint, Insperity is far behind.
