      Pros

      Premium product, great values of bettering communities at the corporate level, good leadership in CEO

      Cons

      Highest priced PEO but service has dropped off considerably. If you are a new rep they will make you share deals with tenured employees...you are lead generators for them. Very poor opportunity for advancedment. Inflexible product that has a true fit for only a handful of businesses in the market

      Pros

      Great co workers with a high amount of knowledge and expertise. Full benefits. Flexibility depending on the manager.

      Cons

      Very odd policies around raises and with promotions can only increase salary a certain amount per level regardless of what that position is tracking to pay externally. Development dollars are also slim. The net effect is that as you stay longer and your skills and tenure increase, you become more valuable ($ wise) outside the company than inside the company.

      Pros

      Base package is very fair for this entirely pipeline/meeting setting position. In my time with this company i found management at all levels to be focused on their individual needs-not training not prospect development...they tended to be very self serving. Was hired with 8 other new employees in this office, after 2 years I was the last one left.

      Cons

      Gossip, rumor mongering, deceptive practices.
