      I work for a consultant. The environment is laid back and everyone is easy to work with.

      Cons

      Small company with short term contracts. Less stable than a big company.

      Pros

      Great PTO. Company culture once was great, too. Great location.

      Cons

      Culture has become toxic. Zero leadership and mid-level management is inept in doing their actual jobs. Recruiters are treated like numbers instead of people. Shame as the company could really be a true employer of choice as they claim to be but sadly it's not. Low base pay. No commission.

      Very long sales cycle Like the industry, most of the business is Q4 Very competitive market with a lot of competition which differs state to state Exceptional premium products at premium prices
