Pros

Great co workers with a high amount of knowledge and expertise. Full benefits. Flexibility depending on the manager.

Cons

Very odd policies around raises and with promotions can only increase salary a certain amount per level regardless of what that position is tracking to pay externally. Development dollars are also slim. The net effect is that as you stay longer and your skills and tenure increase, you become more valuable ($ wise) outside the company than inside the company.

Pros

Insperity places high value on respect for the individual and service to others. Through their community involvement programs they offer 12 hours per quarter for employees to serve in multiple ways. Employees are treated with great respect and in most cases empowered to do their jobs using their talent and skills. Truly has been one of the best corporate experiences I've ever had!

Cons

The company places a tremendous emphasis on their core market but lesser value in their alternate business. Insperity does service excellent but has a limited investment in technology and a misunderstood of technology shops. Although they believe highly in the value of individuals they typically pay lower than the average for most positions.

Pros

Work-Life balance; Liberal PTO (2-weeks as a new hire, 5 days added every 5 years) & Volunteer time off (12 hours per Qtr)

Cons

Work-Life Balance in trade for much lower pay scale, a single pay-grade promotion only gets a 5% pay increase; COLA is "flat"
