      Pros

      Insperity truly cares about its employees and clients. The benefits package is great and the time-off policy is amazing. The company cares about "work - life balance" and wants to ensure our employees and their families are feel valued and cared for.

      Cons

      The only major con is the resistance to change. There a many long term employees (20+ years) with legacy ideas that cause change to be painful and slow.

      Charismatic Leaders with convincing presentation and concepts.

      Cons

      New hire churn for Advisers is part of their business plan. They know that it still helps the senior, established advisers close more deals even if the new hire guy leaves after a year or so. Sounds unbelievable, but...it's true.
