      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work at Insperity are: flexibility with work life balance, company culture is valuable to peers.

      Cons

      Some of the CONS are: positions are chosen by "whom you know" in the company, not from skills and experience, it is difficult to advance and gain training and grow with the company, salaries are low.

      Ability to change and try new things Strong sense of team on the floor Great place to learn new techniques VP and Executive staff seem focused

      Cons

      Constant change, almost as if leaders have no direction or little idea of organizations identity Business model is flawed (up front fees vs staffing agency model) "Changing lives" motto has shifted to numbers, metrics, and closing revenue Poor morale, recent reduction in force, middle mgmt's distrust of staff (reads emps emails and ims, and will probably look up the IP address of this review) Moving towards surface knowledge, not deep knowledge
