      Pros

      They truly believe the mission and values the company has been built upon. Leadership within the organization is encouraged and inter-company growth is highly promoted.

      Cons

      Work life balance for many is just a suggestion. The open best practice advise provided to clients is not followed internally. The highly conservative culture makes individuality difficult. To really succeed you must become Insperitized, a word used often.

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, perks are nice, and great for 6 months The corporate culture in TX headquarters is wonderful. Wide array of solutions that are impactful to small and midsize companies.

      Cons

      Long and Tough sale process it seems if your not benefiting from Corp leads then it's long struggle. lots of local office politics and not a fun work environment.
