Pros

Events and sometimes early release

Cons

Insperity masks itself as a compliance and HR authority, but in reality, it operates on a foundation of retaliation, bullying, and harassment. These are not exceptions—they're tools used to silence employees who question illegal or unethical behavior. I witnessed compliance violations by both Insperity and its clients, which leadership actively tried to cover up. Management is unqualified, often lacking any real compliance background, and frequently gives bad advice to clients. When issues arise, they blame employees instead of taking accountability. Nepotism is rampant, and it's clear they hire “yes men” to protect a fragile pyramid built on noncompliance and favoritism. Questioning leadership threatens their bonuses and stock value, so dissent is crushed quickly. Ethically and economically, their churn-and-burn model isn't sustainable. Expect to hear bigoted, racist, and sexist talk during company office hours. Also expect to hear coworkers openly talk about heavy drinking while on the clock.

Pros

Insperity provides comprehensive training programs and a robust benefits package, including various health plans and professional development opportunities. The onboarding process is thorough, equipping new hires with the necessary tools to understand the company's services and expectations.

Cons

The sales environment is characterized by excessive micromanagement. There's an unrealistic expectation to make 100 B2B calls daily, and failure to meet this quota results in mandatory, detailed weekly activity reports. Performance evaluations prioritize call metrics over actual sales achievements, which can be demoralizing. During recruitment, the potential for substantial residual income is heavily emphasized. However, the reality often falls short of these promises, leading to disappointment and frustration among sales staff. Additionally, while Insperity offers a 401(k) plan, there is currently no employer matching contribution, which is a notable drawback for those planning their long-term financial future.
