Pros

Great employee team work, work environment, hybrid work (remote and onsite), benefits, culture, and alot of learning.

Cons

Low pay for the work of an HR Specialist which is pretty much an HR Business Partner for your book of business

Pros

Good PTO, nice colleagues, very competent, benefits affordable.

Cons

Although some managers I have interaction with were perfectly normal, mine happens to be a bully unfit to lead staff. Monitors team all day to see if we are online, intense micromanaging, very negative person, demeaning in team meetings, does not recognize accomplishments, high turnover on team, makes unreasonable demands, and uses intimidation tactics. Company is not moving with the times, starting to have employees commute back to offices with high gas prices when working remotely was working well. It’s their “culture”. Not flexible, they care more about their ideologies from another era over what makes sense and what is best for employees. Salaries are low, not enough to live on after benefits and taxes come out, add the commute and there goes your paycheck. Corporate has an enormous and beautiful main office campus in Texas, waste of money, not enough employees to fill large buildings and expensive overhead, monies could be used more wisely. We hear a lot about growth, but salaries do not grow. Many departments understaffed and overworked. Again, not moving with the times.

Pros

The pay is good, but that is it.

Cons

1. After George Floyd in 2020, the CEO gave a WEAK email to employees, then had to send out a better one once he realized that this was not going away. 2. Old boys club. Minimal black and brown diversity. 3. The sales training program essentially requires that you split your sales with a more tenured rep. Thereby fattening their pockets, and if you last beyond 3 or 4 years, you can work less by having less tenured do the ground work.
