      Pros

      Amazing culture. From a total compensation standpoint you could not have a better fit. Paul Savardi is a great CEO who has a fantastic vision for the company.

      Cons

      Sales Reps can't make money. It can take 2-3 years to clear 100K. To difficult to sell the product and extremely difficult to get new clients onboarded. Turnover is too high in the sales world and instead of the 80%-20% rule it is more of a 90%-10% split. DM's are great but above them the RM's do not roll up their sleeves and help.

      Strong company culture. Well-established SOPs. Knowledgeable, supportive co-workers. Challenging work.

      Cons

      Management wants to view the world through rose-colored glasses. I was the 7th employee to leave (or be let go) under the Team Manager to whom I reported. At what point does the company start to question this manager's effectiveness or ability to lead? Apparently never. Also, other than adding the word "Senior" in front of your existing title, there is little to no room for advancement unless you want to relocate.
